Get the style you want, faster. Our exclusive Touch Technology lets you control heat with a touch. Press the plates together to turn on. Press them two times to raise the temperature to 195°C and three times to lower it down to 165°C.

When it comes to heat, less is more. So the Touch Iron has Variable Temperature Control from 165°C to 195°C. For a range of hair types. Meaning you can style at the safest temperature that works for you. Because no hair is the same.

Individual Style. Intuitive switch off.
Forget the worry of forgetting to turn off your styling tool, with Hibernation Mode. Once a tool has been inactive for 30 seconds, the safety feature will kick in and your tool will automatically switch itself off. Just tap the plates once to turn back on.

Plates that cushion, not clamp.
We’re clamping down on clamping hair, with wide Ceramic Floating Plates. Designed with Spring-Flex Technology™, plates adjust when closed. To cushion the impact of styling. And put an end to split ends.

How to Use

Remove the iron from its heat resistant guard. Plug into the mains and turn on using the power switch.

Tap twice to select 165°C or three times to select 195°C. Smooth from root to tip. Repeat section by section

When you have finished styling turn off the iron using the power switch and unplug from the mains power supply.

After use place the iron into its heat resistant guard and store in a safe place. Never wrap the cord around the iron.

Warranty

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We’ll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can’t honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
